Your rights as a data subject

You can exercise the following rights at any time by contacting our data protection officer:

  • Information about your data stored with us and their processing (Art. 15 DSGVO),
  • Correcting incorrect personal data (Art. 16 DPA),
  • Deletion of your data stored with us (Art. 17 DSGVO),

Type and purpose of the processing

When registering to use our personalized services, some personal data is collected, such as name, address, contact and communication data (e.g. telephone number and e-mail address). If you are registered with us, you can access content and services that we only offer to registered users. Registered users also have the option of changing or deleting the data provided during registration at any time if necessary. The data entered by you will be stored for the purpose of individual communication with you. For this purpose, it is necessary to enter a valid e-mail address and your name. This serves to assign the inquiry and to answer it afterwards. The specification of further data is optional.

Legal basis

The processing of the data entered in the contact form is based on a legitimate interest (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO).

By providing the contact form, we would like to enable you to contact us in an uncomplicated manner. The information you provide will be stored for the purpose of processing your inquiry and for possible follow-up questions.

If you contact us to request an offer, the data entered in the contact form will be processed for the purpose of implementing pre-contractual measures (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO).

Retention period

Data will be deleted at the latest 6 months after processing the request.

If a contractual relationship is established, we are subject to the statutory retention periods under the German Commercial Code (HGB) and delete your data after these periods have expired.

Data protection for applications and in the application process

Type and purpose of the processing

The controller collects and processes the personal data of applicants for the purpose of processing the application procedure. The processing may also be carried out by electronic means. This is particularly the case if an applicant submits relevant application documents to the controller electronically, for example by e-mail or via a web form on the website.

Legal basis

The legal basis for the processing is Art.6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO § 26 BDSG, Art.88 DSGVO

Recipients

The personal data will be processed by the management, the personnel management and the secretariat and will not be passed on to third parties.

Retention period

The application documents are stored and retained for the duration of the application procedure and until all objection periods have expired, up to a maximum of 6 months after completion of the application procedure.

If the person responsible concludes an employment contract with an applicant, the transferred data is stored and transferred to the personnel file for the purpose of processing the employment relationship in accordance with the statutory provisions.

Third Country Transfer:

No transfer to a third country takes place.

 

Using Google Maps

Type and purpose of the processing

On this website we use the services of Google Maps. Google Maps is operated by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (hereinafter "Google"). This enables us to display interactive maps directly on the website and enables you to use the map function conveniently.

The legal basis for the integration of Google Maps and the associated data transfer to Google is your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO).

Recipients

By visiting the website, Google receives information that you have called up the corresponding subpage of our website. This occurs regardless of whether Google provides a user account through which you are logged in or whether no user account exists. If you are logged in at Google, your data will be assigned directly to your account.

If you do not want the allocation in your Google profile, you must log out of Google before activating the button. Google stores your data as user profiles and uses them for purposes of advertising, market research and/or demand-oriented design of its website. Such evaluation is carried out in particular (even for users who are not logged in) for the purpose of providing needs-based advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have a right of objection to the creation of these user profiles, whereby you must contact Google in order to exercise this right.

Retention period:

We do not collect any personal data by integrating Google Maps.

Third country transfers

Google processes your data in the USA and has submitted to the EU_US Privacy Shield  https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework.

Revocation of consent

If you do not want Google to collect, process or use data about you via our website, you can deactivate JavaScript in your browser settings. In this case, however, you will not be able to use our website, or only to a limited extent.
